A staff seat is a named person with active staff access, such as an Owner Admin, Manager, or Evaluator. Tenant accounts and limited guest access do not count toward paid staff seats.
Business includes 10 staff seats. Each additional staff seat is $8/month—for example, 12 staff seats cost $66/month.
Solo includes 5 GB of storage—about 3,800 photos at 1.32 MB each. Actual capacity depends on file size.
For example, adding 100 photos a month uses about 1.6 GB in a year.
Storage fills as you save files. Your separate 20 GB viewing and download allowance refreshes each month.

Yes. Solo is $150/year, Team is $300/year, and Business is $500/year, billed upfront for the year. Save 2 months compared with 12 monthly payments. The same staff seats, storage, and monthly transfer allowances are included.
Each named person with active Owner Admin, Manager, or Evaluator access counts as one staff seat in your organization. It is based on assigned access, not how many people are signed in at the same time.
No. Tenant accounts are included in every plan and do not consume staff seats. People with limited guest access also do not consume staff seats; a person with full staff access does.
Each additional staff seat costs $8/month. For example, 11 seats cost $58/month, and 12 seats cost $66/month.
Storage is the space occupied by retained photos and floor-plan images, including files for archived properties. Transfer is data sent when images or walkthrough reports are opened or downloaded; repeat downloads count again. Tenant uploads and views use the same organization allowances.
Solo includes 5 GB storage and 20 GB monthly transfer; Team includes 15 GB and 50 GB; Business includes 30 GB and 100 GB. GB means one billion bytes. Storage does not reset monthly.
Usage meters help you track your capacity. Automatic quota enforcement is not active. Discuss additional capacity with us before choosing your plan.
